big time chocoalte flavour found in this wine. I was a bit suprised with the taste actually but it was good. Tasted 3/11/07.

Can you say fruit bomb? The aroma was busting with blackberry, cherry and plum. I don't think I've come across a nose as complex as this one in a while. The plum carried over to the flavor somewhat, but I primarily tasted chocolate. Delicious! The alcohol was really high at 15.5% and you can taste it. That took away from the wine somewhat. If you like big zins, this is for you. Tasted March 2007.
