  This is from the vineyard that the tasting room in located next to. This wine has great color. The nose had oak and some cherry. The flavor was oaky, with some dark cherry flavors. Very smooth with little tannin on the finish. #oaky #cherries

  This is a blend of Marsanne, Rousanne, and Viogner grapes. When a tasted this wine the first thing that came to mind was "warm." I would describe it as spicy- nutmeg and cinnamon, maybe even some caramel flavors. Light color with a faint nose. #caramel #light #warm

  Very cute little tasting room right on 46 East in Paso Robles. The wine attendant was very friendly and knowledgeable about her wines. I will return and bring out of town guests because the wine slection was very good and I think others would like the variety.

  This wine was a little young but we were very excited to taste it. We used a decanter and that helped rather than right out of the bottle. Great aromas and strong flavors of berry. Nice aftertaste with just the right amount of oak flavors. There was some spiciness to the taste, which I really liked. I think this wine is really great, especially for the first vintage produced- I can't wait to see what is going to come out next from this winemaker under his own label!!#oaky #berries #spicy

  I did not like this wine. I felt there was not enough flavor to the wine. There was barely any nose at all. I was hoping for a nice buttery wine but it was flat.

  This was a geat Pinot Gris! The nose was clean and full of citus aromas. The taste was like tart fruit like apples and green grapes. Very nice clean finish. I would definately recommend this one to all. #citrus #tart #green-apple

  I didn't like this wine. The nose was very "porty" with raisin. The taste was sweet as a port should be but it tasted very high alcohol so it was "hot" in the aftertaste. #raisins #hot

  I liked this tasting room. A littel small but the tasting room attendants were very knowledgable and friendly when talking about their wines even though it was quite crowded on a Saturday afternoon. The grounds were great for sitting outside on one of their pation tables under grape arbors. Very pretty. overlooking their vineyards.

  I thought this wine was very good. This is 88% Zin (from 3 differnt vineyards) and 12% petite sirah. I liked the slight pepper and jammy flavors of the wine. Very nice with a steak or BBQ. #pepper #jammy

  I went to an open mic night at this winery. It was really fun! Lots of local musicians and it was $5 for five tastes. We could bring our own food or there were sandwiches and desserts for sale. Great music and pretty good wine. I will definatley go again and bring more friends!

  I liked this wine. I used it as part of my tomatoe and artichoke chiken dish but I served it along with dinner. It was not too buttery which went well with the meal. It had hints of tart apple and was not totally a "dry" wine. #tart-apple

  I liked this wine. I originally tasted it at the tasting room about 2 years ago and am now drinking a bottle I bought then. I thought is was a nice berry flavor and a little peppery finish. Very good. The color has a nice deep purple almost black. #berries #pepper

  This is so yummy. We toasted in the New Year with this sparkling wine instead of the yucky champagne. It is like a sauvignon blanc with fizz- in my opinion. Light and fruity with the fizzy dry aftertaste. Highly recommended and only $5.99 at Trader Joe's!!!!#fruity #fizzy

  I was the sober driver since my baby is due in few weeks, but I really like the grounds. This is a new tasting facility which is totally geared for hospitality. This facility has a great conference room which has a huge screen and surround sound installed for business or private functions. There is a beautiful patio area where you can eat your lunch and enjoy a bottle on Vina Robles wine (or water in my case). We had a tour from Marc, the marketing VP and told us of their plans for a large grass area and BBQ area for outside functions, a restaurant (which the building is already there and they are waiting for the right restaurant fit), and a hotel which will still be a few years out. I am excited to have such a great place coming to Paso Robles. It is beautiful and will be a nice addition to the area.

  I thought this facility was very picturesque. There is an airy and open feel to the tasting room with double french doors that open to the patio area for tasting and relaxing. There is also an open grass area right next to the patio. If you walk up a slight hill, there is a cluster of mature olive trees and more grass which overlook the vineyard. There is a small patio which I can totally see as a perfect place for small weddings or gatherings. It was a very calm a relaxing place to be among the vineyard and olive trees.

  I have tasted this one before this date, but I still like it. The rasberry flavors go very well with the chocolate cake that we had for dessert. I recommend it to others who like rasberry. I also like to mix it wil champagne to thin out how strong the flavors are and to add a little bubbly to it.

  I have recently tasted wine at this winery. the staff, which are also the owners, are very friendly and fun to talk with. The tasting fee is minimal and the wine selection that was offered had a good variety of whites and reds. I enjoy the Robles Rojos which I believe is their "all-around pleaser." It is a red blend and I think it would go well with a hearty meal like pasta or steak. I recommend this winery to others passing through Paso Robles.
